In six weeks time, I'll be flying away to my darling Australia for an 11 week working holiday. I'll be attending the Australian Ceramics Triennale, doing a two week residency at The Clay House in Fremantle and generally catching up with awesome clay people. But before then, I need to produce enough pots to keep my wonderful stockists going for the summer! The studio was open yesterday and will be again on Saturday 23rd and 30th May, 11am - 4pm. Odd though it seems, we have a colony of wild wallabies on the Isle of Man. A few escaped from the wildlife park back in the 70s and they've built up quite the family over the decades - there is now an estimated population of 120! I think wallaby mugs might tickle a few people...
