A project that I've been working on since 2017, developing illustrations inspired by female anatomy and sexuality, to reflect new research + de-stigmatise women’s bodies. The project began when I learned about the research of Dr Helen O’Connell - an Australian urologist - who published her discovery of the true anatomy of the clitoris in 1998. Yet 22 years later this rewriting of the world's anatomy texts is not widely known.
