Delivery Info
Orders are dispatched slowly, usually within a fortnight.
Postage is charged at a flat rate, regardless of how many items you purchase, as follows:
- Australia Standard: $15.00 (estimate delivery time is 3 - 4 business days, includes tracking)
- Australia Express: $18.00 (estimate delivery time is 1 - 2 business days, includes tracking)
If you need the piece by a particular date, please let me know and I will try to make it possible!
Locals to Halls Gap are welcome to collect orders at an arranged time, please use the code HALLSGAP at checkout to remove your delivery charge.
Your purchases will be packed in recycled/reused materials, so whilst they might not be the prettiest packages your mail box has ever seen, the planet will thank us!
Returns Policy
If in the unfortunate event that your purchase arrives broken or damaged, please let me know immediately and send me a photo of the damage. I will firstly try to find a suitable replacement for you and if this isn't possible, I will give you a full refund. However, everything will be packaged with the utmost care!
