Shapes + Plates
Noa Bakehouse, 18 September - 15 October 2014

A collection of wheel-thrown + hand-painted plates is inspired by life back on the Isle of Man, the houses and farm buildings around my studio, fond childhood memories of Silverdale Glen and the iconic work of early 20th century ceramic designer Clarice Cliff.

This project has been kindly supported by the Isle of Man Arts Council and Island of Culture.

I acknowledge the Traditional Owners of the land on which I live, work and play, the Djab Wurrung and Jarwadjali people. I pay my respects to their ancestors past and elders present. I acknowledge that the First Nations across this continent have never ceded sovereignty. This always was and always will be Aboriginal land.
